high failure rate // slow ineffective second class service

Purchased an item on May 22nd. Worked once,
Wrote to levo,,, 3 attempts and 10+ days later I get no product support at all a. Fedex ground label and the expectation that i would wait 2 weeks if I packed everything properly including "all original packaging, inserts and documents" (really? my brand new broken unit with a receipt and serial number is not enough? I need to find the manual and plastic Wow.)
In the meantime I am getting plenty of marketing emails and they guarantee 2 day shipping on all new orders with no trouble. It is pretty clear where their priorities are. Its all about the sale and not about the customer. I am stuck with this company since they made me wait past the return window... you can choose an alternative like magic butter. Wish I had.
